Free WIFI is available across the whole site.

Our main meeting room is the Howden Suite which is located on the first floor of the main building.

Your meals and refreshments during the coffee breaks are included in your delegate fee. We will have clearly labelled tables in the main buffet restaurant, which is on the ground floor of the main building. Refreshments are on the balcony above the main reception area and just outside our conference rooms. Other refreshments may be purchased  at the bar or the (not always open) Costa Coffee outlet in the lobby, but please be aware that the venue is cash free – payments can be made via card only. 

The lounge, bar and gym are also in the main building. There is no shop on site but a small selection of essentials are available to purchase from the venue reception. 

Our bedrooms will be in one of the Bedroom blocks. We do not know which block/s until we arrive on site.

Parking is free on site in either of the two main car parks. We recommend that you park in the main car park area, which is closest to the meeting rooms and the bedrooms.
