Compassion Under Pressure logoCompassion Under Pressure

This is a well-established seminar, previously known as Compassion Without Burnout, was initially designed for junior doctors. It is now suitable and easily adaptable for any healthcare professionals or students.

The seminar will help people explore how to flourish while practicing compassionate whole person healthcare. It is designed to be interactive, allowing discussion both in the whole group, and confidentially in small groups. It would normally last 90-120 minutes.

The programme has proven helpful to healthcare professionals in many global settings...

"Incredibly useful. Just simply having the conversation is sometimes enough; it brings consciousness to this area that invites authentic, vulnerable sharing to spark a great conversation and debate. Brilliant. Thank you." (UK)

"It was a really good CME as it stressed out of being cautious of burnout while providing service." (Uganda)

"It was a pleasure to join the session and am glad that I did as I was helped to see a patient as a whole; body, mind and spirit. And I was also challenged to show more compassion." (Ghana)
