PRIME Profile - Andrew Appleton

MB.ChB., DRCOG, DCH, MRCGP, PGDip.

Andrew has been a GP in Bristol for 28yrs. He has a strong interest in training and has been the lead tutor for medical students in his practice since 2000 and a GP trainer since 2010. He also has a particular interest in the use of digital technology in health care, and has been the Chief Clinical Information Officer for the Bristol area since 2018

Andrew has been a PRIME Tutor since 2017, and has been involved in several PRIME trips to Uganda. He is also the convenor of the PRIME Bristol Network Group.
