Emma Hayward is a GP and clinical educator based in Leicester, UK.  She has a particular interest in whole person and integrated care but has experience of many other aspects of undergraduate medical education; admissions, curriculum design, communication skills, ethics and assessment. She is also Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead at Leicester Medical School. She has a Masters in Medical Education, with her dissertation being a qualitative study exploring clinical educators’ understanding of spiritual care.

With PRIME, Emma has travelled to Ukraine and Russia, as well as developing the online Global Health Elective and the Whole Person Health course for church leaders.

Emma is married to Phil and they have three school-age children.
