PRIME 5-year Strategic Plan

The 5-year Strategic Plan is part of an ongoing journey that PRIME is undertaking. It provides direction for PRIME globally as we seek to move forward. It has been developed by the PRIME Trustees through extensive consultation with the PRIME Executive Team, International leaders, UK Network Groups, PRIME tutors and partner healthcare organisations. 

The Strategic Plan covers seven themes, each of which has several strategic goals:

• PRIME’s primary focus 
• Tutor role, preparation and support 
• Teaching and learning
• Leadership
• External partnerships
• Governance 
• Continuing prayerful discernment

Progress has already been made in relation to some of the goals and it is anticipated that considerable further progress will be made over the next five years. However, it is likely that some aspects of the plan will continue to be developed beyond this five year time scale.
